LONDON (AP)—England’s Football Association has fined West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison 7,000 pounds ($11,000) for using a gay slur on Twitter. The FA says Morrison was “warned as to his future conduct after he admitted a charge of using abusive and/or insulting words including a reference to a person’s sexual orientation.” The 19-year-old Morrison posted the tweet shortly after joining West Ham from Manchester United last month.
