HAMBURG, Germany (AP)—Hamburger SV has signed England youth team international Michael Mancienne from Chelsea for a fee of around ?2 million ($2.9 million). The Bundesliga club said on its website Tuesday that the 23-year-old defender signed a four-year contract after undergoing a medical.
